Planet Caravan (MAU's Balearic Remix) - Black Sabbath
Although the classic DJ Steef and T2MM remixes of Planet Caravan are probably the best known, this version by Sweden's Magnus Ostergren aka Mau is every bit as good. Released in 2009, it's more uptempo than the others and it's the only mix to retain the superb Tony Iommi guitar solo. This is the second Mau edit we've featured on AOR Disco; the first was his take on Brown Eyes by Fleetwood Mac. And coming soon: the Mau remix of the yacht rock classic "Dark Star" by Crosby, Stills and Nash.
